How do I get a replacement part for my product?

What does stall size mean?

Stall size products fit a narrower enclosure, typically under 40 inches wide. This size does not typically work for standard bathtub enclosures because it won’t be wide enough. Stall size is perfect for a narrow shower.

Can I remove the plastic piece connecting the 2 rods?

We do not recommend removing the plastic piece connecting the 2 rods. It helps make sure there is a smooth expansion and tight hold.

Can I cut my curved rod to fit a smaller range?

We do not recommend cutting the curved rod. However, we do have a stall size available at several major retailers

I am moving. How do I uninstall the rod?

The best way to uninstall a rod is to follow the instruction manual steps in reverse. You can find installation instructions on this page for many of our products or you can contact our support team with your model number by filling out this form if you no longer have them.

What does stall size mean?

Stall size liner products are narrower and longer than a standard size liner. They fit a narrower enclosure, typically 54 x 78 inches. A stall size tub mat is typically a square shape to accommodate a smaller footprint, while standard sizes are longer for bath tubs. This size does not typically work for standard bathtub enclosures. Stall size is perfect for a narrow shower.

How many grommets/buttonholes will my size shower curtain or liner have?

Standard size curtains and liners have 12, while stall size curtains and liners have 9.

Is my product machine washable?

Please see the care label sewn onto your fabric products for washing instructions. PEVA liners, curtains and tub mats are recommended to wipe clean.

What is the difference between waterproof and water repellent?

Waterproof liners will not allow any amount of water to pass through the fabric. Water will bead up and glide down on the water repellent liner. Excessive water pressure can saturate the water repellent fabric. It is recommended that if you have a high-water pressure shower head, you select a waterproof fabric for best performance.

How do I hang my waterproof liner?

The waterproof liner is designed to be used as either a standalone curtain or a shower liner with the shower curtain of your choice. If you are using as a standalone curtain, it is recommended that you face the waterproof coating toward the inside of the tub for a nicer outward-facing appearance. When using with another shower curtain, you may choose to have the soft fabric facing the inside of the tub, and let the waterproof side protect your shower curtain.

How do I prevent mildew?

In order to reduce the accumulation of mildew, fully extend your shower liner so it is fully open to air dry. Most fabric liners are machine washable. Please see your sewn in care label for machine washing instructions.

How do I install and properly care for my tub mat?

For best results, make sure your tub is clean. Wet tub. Place mat in center of tub. Press firmly to anchor suction cups. Continue to fill tub and step carefully onto mat in 5 or 6 places to ensure mat is anchored to tub. Test adherence to the tub each time you use it. Always use caution when entering and exiting tub, as well as when in tub. Clean mat regularly. Tub mats are not for use on textured, tiled or non-smooth surfaces. Do not use any bath oils as it may cause slipping. Hang to dry after each use.

When do I need to use a center bracket with my rod?

It is recommended that the included center brackets are used when you are extending the rod over 55 inches wide.

What clearance do I have to account for when purchasing a window rod?

For our Easy Install window rods line, there is a minimum requirement of 7 inches outside of both sides of your window frame for the drapery rods. For the café rods, the minimum requirement is 5 inches. If you have less than this clearance before you have another window, wall or other barrier, you have the option of installing above the window frame for more flexibility. Please see our product instruction manual for visuals that will help you make sure you have the proper clearance.

How do I select the right size rod for my window?

For tensions rods, measure the inside of your window frame to identify the measurement you need. For drill in rods such as our Easy Install collection, select the size that will fit the outside window frame to determine the width you need.

How do I measure my furniture to select the correct product size?

What is the difference between a 1 piece and a 2 piece slipcover?

2 piece slipcovers provide a separate seat cover for a semi-custom look. If you have an attached seat on your furniture, the 1 piece will be a better choice for you!

How do I know if Power Grip Pro will work on my bathroom walls?

The Power Grip Pro suction mount option will work on smooth, shiny or flat surfaces. It will work well on glass, mirrors or polished metal. If you have a tub surround or lightly textured tile, you will need to use the included adhesive pads. Power Grip Pro will not work on uneven, heavily textured or painted surfaces.

How do I order leg extensions and decorative feet for my spacesaver?

You can add leg extensions and/or decorative feet to select models for a fee of $9.95 per set. You can use one or both pieces together. They can help protect your spacesaver from water damage on your floor, and will add clearance height that may help your spacesaver fit better over your toilet.
